Sales Tax

California sales tax of 8.25% will be added to each order at check out.

1910 Co. will not sell your e-mail address or any personal information you may provide on the order form. This information is necessary to complete an order and it will not be used for any other purposes. You have the option to add your e-mail address to our mailing list on the "home" page; our list subscribers receive advance notice of new products, sales and promotions.

Shipping Charges

As a convenience to our customers Nineteen Ten Co. Will charge a flat fee of $5.00 per order (rather than charging per item) shipped to one address.

Shipping Time

Your order will be processed and shipped to you within 48 hours. Orders placed on Fridays, before 4PM, will be shipped on Monday. The average delivery time after shipping is 2-3 business days. Please keep in mind that USPS does not guarantee delivery times so if you have a time sensitive order, you should contact us for a shipping quote for an expedited shipping option.

Return Policy

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be exchanged for a different size / style /color/ store credit within 15 days of the shipment of the order. Defective products must be reported within 3 business days after you receive the product.

Shipping costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Important: Nineteen Ten Co. will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed in any way, dried in a dryer, shrunk, or damaged/stained in any way.
